According to the LXXVI. law §7.(1) from 1993 on vocational training the ministry of Social Affairs and Labour assigned to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry the right to appoint chairmen to different vocational exams in 16 professions by the agreement signed on 14th February 2007, and another 11 professions by the agreement settled on 15th July 2008. 

 

This task is fulfilled by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the contribution of the 23 regional chambers.

*The ladies' dressmaker and men's dressmaker profession from the old OKJ in the  Ministry of Education regulation 37/2003. (XII.27) is now included as tailor in the new OKJ, in 1/2006 (II.17.) Ministry of Education regulation.

The right of delegation to end of term vocational exams is valid for the professions mentioned above, and also for their partial and branching trades.

In the case of exams reported under the Ministry of Education law 26/2001. (II.17.), the right of the regionally competent chamber for delegating chairmen to the exams can be decided by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour regulation, 15/2008. (VIII. 13.), Appendix 4.
