The newly established companies - mostly car industrial, multinational companies - settling down in the Southern Plain region of the country urge the small and middle-sized enterprises to create cooperation network in this region, too. By their joint development they may also easily fulfil the ever-imcreasing level of requirements.
Upon these reasons a cooperation agreement, conducted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bács-Kiskun County, was signed by 18 enterprises on 14th August, 2008, and the Hírös Supplier's Cluster was established. The majority of the members are engineering and plastic manufacturing enterprises, but there can also be found service providing, advisory and training organizations among the founders: Agrikon Fémipari Zrt., Agrikon Logisztika Kft., Bács-Kiskun Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara, Csaba Metál Rt., EMIKA ZRT., HUPA Gépészmérnöki Bt., K&H Bank Nyrt., Kalo-MÉH Trans Kft., KALOplasztik KFT., Kecskeméti Főiskola GAMF Kar, Knorr-Bremse Fékrendszerek KFT., KUNPLAST-KARSAI ZRT., Metalconstruct Zrt, Pata József Gépipari KFT., PET Mérnöki Iroda, Phoenix Mecano Kecskemét KFT., Pro Patria Electronics Ltd.,SZIMIKRON IPARI KFT., UniCredit Bank Zrt. The objectives of the Cluster in the Southern Plain region are to pool firms having interests in road vehicle production, or in any possible field, to coordinate and enforce their common goals, to increase their marketability by taking joint action, to professionally improve the managers and personnel of the firms, and to operate an internationally accepted economical and expertise association. Upon the call of DAOP the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bács-Kiskun County, as Cluster manager, handed in a tender entitled "Founding the Hírös Supplier's Cluster" in October 2008. Main activities planned within this project are: providing comprehensive database, running professional workshops, executing technological imporvements, common marketing, generating projects, research, improvement and innovation cooperations. |
